Local Support

We are committed to the vitality, well-being and stability of the community in which we live, work and play: Silicon Valley. In the current economy, and in spite of its relative wealth, the area faces substantial problems ranging from the extremely high cost of housing to the increased need for "safety net" services to the potential loss of significant arts and cultural institutions. As members of the community, we allocate resources to assist Silicon Valley Community Foundation and other major organizations in addressing these needs through direct financial contributions. Steve and Michele Kirsch also demonstrate their personal commitment to the community through their active leadership of, and participation on, the boards of directors of several nonprofit entities.
